24 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c cooked ham, cubed
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1 small onion, chopped
16 oz low fat sour cream
10 oz can cheddar cheese soup
10 oz can ceam of potato soup
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Thaw hashbrowns and combine in large mixing bowl with ham, 1/2 c cheese and onion
In separate mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, cheese and potato soups and pepper
Add sour cream and soup mixture to potatoes and ham, combing thoroughly
pour mixture into lightly greasted 3 qt oven proof baking dish
top with more cheese and bake for 1 hr
Let stand for a few min before serving
