10 med potatoes, peeled, boiled and dice
1 10.75 oz can cream of chick soup
2 carrots, grated
1 med onion, grated
1/4 c margarine
seasoned salt, salt and pepper
1 c skim milk
1 - 2 cooked and crumbled bacon
cheedar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots and onions in marg
Mash potatoes
Add soup and potatoes to sauteed carrots and onions
Slowly add milk to desired consistency
Add seasonings and top with grated cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon, simmer.
