2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped yellow and/or green sweet pepper
2 to 3 tsp snipped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash black pepper
Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, sweet pepper, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
