1 can beef consume
1 can water
1 stick butter
1 small onion. chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 cup long-grain rice, NOT instant
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave or skillet and saute onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
