1 1lb choc. chip pound cake cut crosswise into 1/4 in. slices, divided
2 pkgs instant choc. pudding
3 c milk
1 12 oz container of thawed cool whip and divided
1-1/4 coarsley chopped oreo cookies divided

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 of pound cake slices in 9X13 glass baking dish.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and blend with wire whisk until thick.
Place 1/2 of mix over pound cake slices and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cookies.
Repeat layers, then top with reamining cool whip and cookies.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
