1 cut up chicken (or pieces)
1 med onion chopped (opt)
1 med green pepper chopped (opt)
8 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c uncooked reg. long grain rice
3 c water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in marg (1/2 stick).
Remove chicken and brown onion and green pepper.
Crush bouillon cubes and add.
Stir in rice.
Add salt and water.
Put in baking pan/dish and cover with foil after placing chicken on top of rice in pan.
Cook at 250บ-300บ for 1-1/2 hours till all water is absorbed - check middle.
