6 slices sandwich bread
1 c cubed fully cooked smoked ham
2 pkgs (10 oz ea) frozen cheese and broccoli sauce, thawed
1 med. tomato chopped and drained
1 tsp butter or margarine
1-1/2 c milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
3 eggs

Grease 8X8 or 9X9 pan.
Cut desired shapes on bread (3 slices)
Cut bread scraps and reamining slices in cubes and place on bottom of pan.
Spread ham cubes in pan.
Spoon broccoli and sauce over ham and bread cubes.
Spread tomatoes, reserving 1 tsp.
Sprinkle rest of broccoli.
Spread butter on one side of bread cut outs.
Arrange butter side up on tomatoes in pan.
Beat milk, parsley, pepper and egs and pour over bread.
Sprinkle with reserve tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs. or overnight.
Preheat oven 325.
Bake uncovered 55 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cover and let sit for 10 min.
