2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c flour
1-1/2 qt water
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped carrot
1 c chopped celery
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 28 oz can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tbsp beef bouillon granules

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beek in large pot.
Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in same pot.
Add flour and cook over low heat 3-5 min. till smooth and bubbly.
Gradually add water, stirring constantly.
Add ground beef and remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
