1 lb hamburger
1 can either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg frozen tater tots
1 can French fried onion rings (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger until brown, stirring to break up. Season with salt and pepper. Pour hamburger in loaf pan or casserole dish. Mix soup and cheese into hamburger mixture. On the top of this put the tater tots and onion rings. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serves 4 - 6.
