1 lb ground meat
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
Pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (8-oz) pkg noodles
4 - 6 green onions - chopped (tops and all)
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add salt, pepper, sugar, crushed garlic and tomato sauce. Cover and cook slowly. Cook and drain noodles. Chop onions and mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Put in 9 x 13" pan. 1 layer noodles, 1 layer cream mix, 1 layer sauce - make 3 layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 oven. Serves about 10.
