Ingredients:  
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans
2 3 ounce packages cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos
1 cup whipping cream
1 package lemon jello

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple. Heat juice to boiling, add to Jello and cool. When Jello begins to thicken, add celery, pineapple and pecans.

Mash pimentos into cream cheese (a food processor
works beautifully). Add to first mixture. Whip the cream and add to previous mixture. Chill and serve.
