6 Medium potatoes cooked with jackets, then peeled.
Grate potatoes, melt a 1/4 of cup of butter in pan.
Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1/3 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over potatoes and mix lightly. Put in casserole and top with 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cups of corn flakes crushed. Bake 30 minutes at 350.

Can use a package of frozen hashbrowns in place of fresh potatoes.
