1 (46-oz.) can tomato juice
2 cans shrimp, cleaned, broken, veins taken out, crushed
2 to 3 T. horseradish, depending how hot
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. sugar
1 c. catsup
3 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Juice from 1/2 lemon

Stir, chill, then pour in small glasses. Serve with crackers and cheese ball.
