1 can pumpkin
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 can eagle brand milk (fat-free)
1 pkg 8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 small container cool whip
2 tspns cinnamon
1 tspn nutmeg
1/4 tspn ground cloves
1/4 tspn ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar

Blend ingredients and serve chilled with gingersnaps or graham crackers

One of the girls made this when I was at grad school. It is so yummy and it was the perfect snack over the holidays! She sat it out with graham crackers and it was gone in about 10 minutes!
