2 cups fresh bread crumbs.
3/4 cup grated onions.
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 lbs. ground meat
2 eggs
2 tablespoons horseradish
21/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 10 x 6 x 11/2-inch baking pan. In mixing bowl combine crumbs, onion, green pepper, and beef; mix well. In small bowl beat eggs; stir in horseradish,salt, mustard, milk,and 1/4 cup of catsup. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Shape into loaf; put in pan. Top with remaining catsup. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
