2 boneless chicken breasts (pounded thin)
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. molasses
zest of 1 orange flesh of 1 orange
Salt & pepper chicken.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee breast in butter--2 min. per side (depending upon thickness). Add pecans and molasses, then zest of 1 orange & slices of orange. Simmer until done.
