30 chicken wings
1/4 cup olive oil
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Sauce:
8 Tbsp butter cut into pieces and softened
8 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
Dressing:
11/2 cups crumbled blue cheese (9oz)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise or yogurt (plain)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Wings:
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil (non-stick)
Place wings on pan in a single layer. Drizzle with oilive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in preheated 400 until golden brwon. Toss immediately in sauce.

Sauce:
Place butter and Tabasco in a bowl. Add fully cooked wings and toss to coat.
Dressing:
Place crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestireshire sauce and pepper in bowl and stir well, mashing the blue cheese a little, until combined. Makes about 2 cups.
