4 sirloin steaks, 1/2 inch thick
salt to taste
black pepper, freshly ground
4 teaspoons dry mustard
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
With a mallot, pound steaks to 1/3 inch thick. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and mustard. Pound into meat. Heat butter in skillet. Cook steak 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a hot serving dish. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to a boil. Pour over meat. Serves 4
