Mix milk, bisquick and cheese. Blend together. Use a small scoop to place dough on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush baked biscuits with garlic topping made with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
