8 Portobello Mushroom (4 inch)

1/2 C. Chopped Green Onions
1/4 C. Light Mayo
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Dash Ground Pepper
1 pd Crab Meat
1 C. Quartered Cherry Tomates
1/2 C. Shredded Reduced Fat-Sodium Swiss Cheese
1/2 C. Dry Bread Crumbs

425F Oven
Remove gills and stems from mushrooms. Beat cream cheese til smooth. Add onion and next 4 ingredients. (Beat Well) Stir in crab meat, tomatoes and cheese. Spoon evenly into mushrom caps. Srinkle with 1 TBLS bread crumbs. Bake 15 min or until tops are lightly brown.
