Ingredients: 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 teaspoon italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/3 cup corn flake crumbs (sold near bread crumbs) 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 3 large boneless chicken breasts 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:1. Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic sauce in 2-cup measure. Cover with waxed paper and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 5 minutes more at MEDIUM stirring once. Set aside
2. Mix corn flake crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then crumb mixture. Place in a glass pie plate.Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on medium - high for 10-15 minutes, rearranging after half the cooking time (DO NOT TURN OVER).
3. Pour sauce over chicken breasts. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Sprinkle some parmesan over the top. Microwave on meium about 3 minutes until sauce is hot and mozzarella melts. I serve with spaghetti. YUM!

Notes: I know chicken parm in the microwave sounds weird but you have to try this. Everyone loves it!
