1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (broken up) toss spice pack
4 oz. slivered almonds
3 T. sesame seeds
1 large Napa Cabbage
2 bunches of scallions
1 c. Olive Oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. sugar 2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the Ramen Noodles, slivered almonds and sesame seeds in the butter in a sauce pan.
Once they are browned remove from heat drain on paper towels and set aside.
Shred the head of Napa Cabbage and mix with the scallions.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together. Keep seperate until ready to serve. Then mix all of the salad ingredients together, add the dressing and mix well.

This sounds a bit strange, but is a great tasting salad and a great hit at summer cookouts.
