4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
3 small jars carrots (baby food)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup soft margarine

Mix bar ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. Mix together frosting ingredients; spread on bars. Makes 2 jelly roll pans full.
