1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
Grated rind from 1/2 lemon
Juice from 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, powdered sugar and flour together. Pat into 8 x 8" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 340. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon rind and lemon juice together well. Spread over baked crust. Bake at 340 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool. Cut in squares. If recipe is doubled, allow 5 minutes extra for baking.
