3 lbs. hamburger
Chili powder
2 big onions, sliced
3 big stocks of celery, diced small
Big can of tomato juice (a little more if needed)
Salt
1 heaping T. brown sugar
Cooked spaghetti or macaroni, desired amount

Directions:
Directions:
In 1-gallon pot fry hamburger, seasoned with a little chili powder, until done. Brown onions and celery in butter or oil in skillet and add to cooked hamburger. Add tomato juice, amount depending on thickness desired and how much pasta you add. Season to taste with more chili powder, salt and brown sugar. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour before adding cooked spaghetti or macaroni.
