1 boneless pork loin, sliced into 3-in. slices
4 eggs, beaten
1 c milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Cracker meal
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Roll 2 boxes of soda crackers between wax paper with rolling pin to make cracker meal. Beat out the slices of pork loin to flatten and tenderize. Heat oil in large pot until at least 350. Dip each pork slice in egg/milk mixture, season with salt & pepper and roll in cracker meal. Drop slices into pot of hot oil and deep fry for 2 - 3 minutes. (The more cracker meal you use, the crisper they will be.)
