1 - 2 lbs.salmon (or you can use flounder)
2 cups (1 bag) spinach
1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:

Lay fish in greased casserole.
Mix other ingredients together and put on top of fish.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes.
