1 lb. hot or sweet sausage
3 green peppers, cut in chunks
1 large onion, cut in chunks
2 cloves crushed garlic
4 potatoes, cut in chunks
salt, pepper,and basil to taste
1/4 c. olive oil

Bake 1 hour at 350
