2 lbs. lean ground beef
flavored spreadable cheese spread like country crock
salt to taste
oil to fry in

Directions:
Directions:
Form ground beef into 4 balls. Hollow each ball evenly with thumb. Stuff a heaping Tbsp. of cheese spread in hole. Tightly pinch shut and gently flatten to a nice fat patty. Cook over medium-high for about 5 min. Flip over and cook to desired doneness. Eat like a steak or serve with buns for a great burger.
