1 lb nuts of your choice
1 egg white
1 t cold water
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Beat egg white with water until fluffy. Fold nuts into egg white mixture until well coated.

Mix cinnamon, sugar and salt together. Fold coated nuts into sugar mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet for one hour.

I have used walnuts, pecans and whole almonds when making this. Each time it comes out great. You can store this in an airtight container for quite a while after they have cooled.
