5 lb. potatoes, mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and mash potatoes, Stir in sour cream and cream cheese. Keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To serve, heat potatoes in a 350 oven for 30-45 min.
