3-5 lbs. Pork Country style ribs
2/3 c. Vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
11/2c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Salt and pepper ribs on both sides, then lightly brown both sides in a frying pan with a little oil. Once browned, put ribs in a 9X13 pan. In a small pan mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and ginger. Heat together on med. stirring continuously. In small bowl mix cornstarch and water then add to the sauce. Once thickened pour over ribs. Cook for 1 hour remembering to turn ribs over half way through cooking.

Serve with steamed rice.
