5 c. chicken broth
1/4 c.(1/2 stick) butter
1/3 c. Grey Poupon Mustard
2 packages (10oz. each) broccoli, frozen
1/4 c. flour
2 c. half-'n-half
salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth and broccoli to boiling. Simmer until broccoli is tender, about 5 min.Place in processor and puree broth mix until smooth (it will take several batches). Melt butter; blend in flour. Cook , stirring 2-3 min. Stir in broccoli mix and mustard. Cook until thickened and begins to boil. Stir in half-'n-half. Heat through, and serve.
