3 oz or a handful of cilantro

Maybe: lime, avocado, green chiles.

This is the amount that fits into one of those mini food processors. Just pulse until you like it. Probably best to finely chop up the garlic before putting it in.

David played around creating his own take on salsa (after looking at Colista's Pico de Gallo). It's pretty yummy--cool and refreshing with no heat--for us who can't handle the heat. Need heat? Just throw in more cilantro maybe and some kind of hot pepper (jalepeno maybe).
