1 package yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. nuts
1 package(3oz.) lemon cook and serve pudding
1 can(14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 lemons
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine cake mix and butter; mix until crumbly. Stir in nuts and mix well. Reserve 1 c. of crust mix for crumb topping. Press remaining crust mix evenly over bottom of a 9X13 pan or a stoneware bar pan.

Whisk pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk in bowl until smooth. Zest one lemon and juice lemon to measure 2 T. Add zest and juice to pudding mix. Pour over crust, sprinkle with reserved crust mix.

Bake 25-28 min.or until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Juice remaining lemon to measure 3-5 tsp. Combine powdered sugar and enough juice to make a thick glaze; drizzle over crumb topping and cool.
