1 c. diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 T lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells, thawed
1 c. hollandaise sauce

Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients gently. Roll out patty shells about 1/4" thick. Place 2-3 T chicken mixture in center of each shell and fold over turnover-style, sealing edges by pressing with a fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve turnovers topped with hollandaise sauce. Filling may be made day in advance.
