2# chopsteak
2 cups carrots
1 can beef or chicken broth
1 large onion
2 T. oil
1 pk frozen peas with mushrooms
4 T. red wine
4 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak, add carrots, onion and cook until onion is limp.
Add broth and simmer 30 minutes.
Add frozen peas with mushrooms 10 minutes before
serving time. Then, mix cornstarch with wine and stir into stew.
Cook one minute.
Serve.
