3 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 12-oz can whole kernal corn, drained
1 small can tomato sauce
1 3-oz can sliced mushrooms
8-oz large elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 #2 1/2 can tomatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese

In Dutch oven cook beef, stirring until browned. Stir in salt, next 6 ingredients. Top with macaroni. Stir in cheese, Pour tomatoes over all. Simmer covered 1 hour. Serve with Parmesan. Serves 8.
