1 1/2 lb ground lean beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 8-oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce with Onions
1/4 lb cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 (1 lb 14oz) can chili beans
6 split hot dog buns
1/2 cup Hunt's catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef with salt, chili powder, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Form into 18 small balls around cheese cubes. Cook in medium hot 12" skillet until well browned on all sides. Add beans and remaining tomato sauce to skillet, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Meanwhile toast buns; spread with rounded tablespoon of catsup. Arrange 3 chiliballs down center of each bun, spoon bean mixture over all. Serve topped with additional catsup. Makes 6 servings.
