1 lb hamburger
1 onion
celery
3 tbsp barley
Salt and Pepper
4 carrots, diced
4 potatoes, diced
1 lg can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and celery in pan. Add remaining ingredients. After reaching 15# pressure, cook for 10 minutes. Be sure to reduce pressure before removing lid.

Loren has always called this dish, Vegetable Chowder, and this has been his favorite dish ever since we got married.
