2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 c. raisins 1 c. nuts 3 jars junior carrots
Mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to sugar/egg mixture. Add carrots and beat well. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in a 13x9x2 pan at 350º for 1 hr. Top with your favorite icing if desired.
