1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1pkg 3oz lemon instant pudding
1 can. fruit cocktail plus the juice
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

Glaze: 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients (except brown sugar and nuts,) in a bowl. Beat at medium speed. Pour into a 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake at 325 for 45 min. Cool 15 min.

For glaze, blend together in small pan, boil for 2 min. Add 1 1/2 cups coconut, spread over warm cake. When doing cake use mixer for all ingredients except fruit and you fold in fruit by hand.
