1-8oz can crushed pineapple
(drained keep juice set aside)
1/2 c. cranberry juice
1-3oz packet raspberry gelatin
1-16oz can whole cranberries sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine reserved pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a med. saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add gelatin, stir till disolved. Break up cranberry sauce and add to gelatin. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set. Stir in pineapple, and celery. Pour into 4-cup mold or bowl, chill until firm.
