3 egg whites
pinch of cream of tarter
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
18 Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. whipping cream
3 T. mashed strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
1.Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar, cream of tarter and villa. Add crushed Ritz crackers and 1 c. chopped pecans. Put into a greased pie pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375
2. Whip cream, add strawberries and fill cooled crust. Chill or freeze until ready to serve.
