1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with sugar. Beat eggs, add sugar mixture, and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat until mixture coats a spoon.
