3 or 4 large tomatoes
1 block of mozzarella cheese
basil
bay leaves chopped
oregano
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch slices not to
thin and not to thick. Salt and pepper tomatoes. Pair one slice of
tomato and one slice of cheese together on a tray. Sprinkle
basil, bay leaves, oregano on tomato and cheese slices. Cover
with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drizzle
with olive oil just before serving.
