3-4 green tomatoes
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add tbsp of water and tsp of salt. Slice tomatoes very thin and dip into flour then into the egg. Fry in a very hot skillet with good oil and turn over and fry the other side. Place fried tomotoes on paper towels.
