cup red raspberry vinegar
1 cup olive oil
3 whole shallots, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon tarragon, minced
3 teaspoons honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor on high speed, mince shallots. Slowly drizzle in vinegar, and olive oil.

Add sugar, tarragon, salt, and honey, process on high speed for 1 minute.
