2 cups crème fraîche or sour cream
½ - 1 cup prepared white horseradish
6 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
3 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients to blend in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste. Cover and chill.

Add more or less of prepared horseradish for desired strength. This goes great with slow roasted prime rib or any beef.
