3 cups (12 ounces) cranberries, frozen or fresh
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 red apples, cored and diced
1 cups granulated sugar
cup cranberry juice
cup apple juice
cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoon grated orange zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, and pure on high for 2 to 3 minutes until finely chopped. Chill relish covered, stirring often for 4 hours over overnight.
